Scope
How much can the application do, given the time constraints? -
Design
Is the overall design appealing? Does the overall design complement the application? Is the design creative? -
Functionality
Does the application work correctly? Does it do what it intends to do? -
Technical Merit
What is the extent of technical accomplishment in the app? Did they push their technical limits in developing the application?
